East London Pop Up Store: Workshop 1

Throughout the duration of the Pop Up, we will be hosting a variety of workshops:

1 - ART WORKSHOP - EXPLORE YOUR INNNER LANDSCAPE

" Connecting with that force that feels, thinks and creates "

This expressive workshop explores the idea of  creative flow and our internal landscapes through sound and colour alchemy.  The session will begin with a short meditative technique, accompanied by soundscapes from ethnic instruments, deepening the connection to your subconscious.  This rooted, natural connection allows the serendipity of the moment to give shape to a meaningful piece of art.

An array of artists materials, as well as Teas and Snacks will be provided.
